1. Information We Collect

When you book a session or contact AYIII Photography through our website, forms, or other channels, we may collect the following:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Booking details (date, time, session type)
• Payment information (see Section 5)
• Communication preferences (via checkboxes in our booking forms)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Confirm and manage photography sessions
• Send reminders and important session updates
• Follow up after your shoot
• Respond to questions or concerns
• Send occasional promotional messages (if you opt in)

3. Text Message Consent

By checking the boxes on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from AYIII Photography:

Transactional Messages:

“By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, orders, or services I have requested. You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. Your Privacy Rights

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You can request to update or delete your information by contacting us at antonio@ayiiiphotography.com.

5. Payments

A half deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the session.

6. Tardiness Policy

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $35 late fee will be added.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled with no refund.
• Session time will not be extended to make up for lateness.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you provide at least 72 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once at no cost, as long as the new session takes place within 2 weeks of the original session date and is based on the photographer’s availability.
• If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, a $35 rescheduling fee will be added. You may still reschedule once, within 2 weeks of the original session date and is based on the photographer’s availability.

8. On-Set Policy

Makeup artists and hairstylists are welcome.

Clients are more than welcome to bring anything they may need to do or touch up their hair or makeup before or during the session.

If a client chooses to do their own hair or makeup during the session time, they must confirm with the photographer beforehand to ensure there is enough time available. AYIII Photography is not responsible for delays caused by this, and session time will not be extended.

AYIII Photography does not provide props, accessories, or styling assistance. It is your responsibility to arrive prepared.

9. Booking Disclaimer

Consultation is required before booking.
Use the “Request a Booking” form to schedule your session.
Submissions are reviewed before being approved.
